Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity. However you will get better prices if you order 16pcs for embroidery or 25pcs for print
How do i place an order?
Simply choose your products, submit your design requirements, our website is designed to help you explore products and request a quotation. Once we receive your enquiry, our team will guide you through pricing, artwork approval, and production.
How long do deliveries take?
Delivery times vary depending on the product and order size, but we will confirm estimated lead times when quoting. Our standard lead time is normally 7-10 days from the point of approval.
Webshop / Dropshipping
How long does it take to set up a webshop?
7 Days Maximum, Most webshops can be created quickly once artwork and product selections are approved.
I already have my own Shopify or equivalent platform. Can you dropship for me?
Yes, we can support dropshipping for customers who already have their own Shopify or ecommerce platform. We can supply and dispatch products directly to your customers on your behalf, helping you offer branded merchandise without needing to hold stock yourself.
Do we need to hold stock ourselves?
No, you do not need to hold stock yourself. All orders are printed on demand and fulfilled by us within 7 days. This includes adding the agreed design, packing the order, and dispatching it via Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked postage.
Can customers personalise items?
Personalisation may be available depending on the product and order process. This can include options such as names, initials, departments, course names, or team details where suitable.
What information do you need from us to get started?
We usually need your logo or artwork, preferred products, colours, size options, pricing requirements, delivery preferences, and any wording or branding you would like included on the webshop.
